In the busy neighborhood of the 10th apartment in Paris, someone may not even notice it's there.
Personally, there have been many times that I have passed right next to the popular bar called Le Syndicat, while ...going there for a drink.
It's discreet, almost secretive. But when you open the door, it seems like it's not much of a secret! The bar is always packed with people. Ιt's hard to imagine but even though it can become pretty hectic for the personnel, they always seem chilled and happy.
The cocktails are beyond imaginative. The ingredients they use come always from french producers, carefully selected after research and visits on the finest distilleries.
And did I mention that it has gained a spot into one of the 50 Best Bars in the world?
This bar is definintly not to be missed while you visit Paris!

Στην ζωντανή γειτονιά του 10ου διαμερίσματος, κάποιος μπορεί καν να μην το προσέξει.
Προσωπικά, πολλές φορές το έχω προσπεράσει, καθώς ...πήγαινα για να πιω ένα ποτό στο Le Syndicat.
Είναι πολύ διακριτικό, σχεδόν μυστικοπαθές! Αλλά μόλις ανοίξει η πόρτα, φαίνεται πως το μυστικό αυτό δεν το έχουν κρατησεί και πολύ καλά! Το μπαρ είναι γεμάτο με κόσμο και είναι πολύ δυσκολο να φανταστεί κανείς πώς είναι δυνατόν οι άνθρωποι που δουλεύουν σε αυτό να έιναι πάντα τόσο συμπαθητικοί και χαμογελαστοί.
Και φυσικά να μην ξεχάσω να αναφέρω πως έχει κερδισει μια θεση αναμεσα στα 50 καλυτερα Bar του κόσμου.
To Le Syndicat είναι σίγουρα ένα μέρος για έξοδο που δε πρέπει να παραλείψει κανείς όταν βρίσκεται στο Παρίσι.
